Cosmas Nzomo is the logistics and guest relations manager at Mpala, where he has been instrumental in planning and executing logistics while ensuring exceptional visitor experiences. He has successfully handled travel arrangements, immigration and customs matters, and overseen various departments including catering, accommodation and housekeeping since 2012. With his leadership, occupancy rates have doubled over the past five years. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, an MSc. in Tourism Management, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the same field. He has published research articles in renowned journals, including the Society for Conservation Biology, The Star Newspaper, and the International Academic Journal of Social Sciences. Cosmas is also an alumnus of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) East Africa public management leadership track.
