Beatrice Wanjohi is a certified human resource professional and administration manager with hands-on experience in organizational operations. She has proven ability to create, coordinate and execute organization’s work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Her knowledge in human resource enhances her ability to plan, implement and evaluate personnel strategies to address organization’s human resource requirements. Her studies in governance has expanded her knowledge on the importance of policy formulation and maintaining strategic relationships. She is committed to empowering women and youth of this continent through mentoring and training.
